At Momo Meow Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
  • Custom-made and personalized items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the package.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Momo Meow Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Momo Meow Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after being marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen from the delivery location
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cw@momomeowjewelry.com or (331) 236-9304.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A description of the damage

We will review the claim and provide further instructions.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
  • Momo Meow Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Momo Meow Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
