Return Policy
At Momo Meow Jewelry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In brand-new condition
- Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear
- Returned in the original packaging, including all materials, accessories, and documentation provided with the order
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund once we receive the returned items.
- Unhappy with the Product: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above. Customers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that this does not apply to earrings or custom orders, which are non-refundable. Exception: If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a verified defective product, Momo Meow Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.Â
- Return Packaging: To ensure the safe return of your item, please use the original packaging, including all materials and accessories that were included in the package. If not all materials and accessories are returned, a charge may be applied.
- Non-Refundable Items:Â
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Items that are custom-made to your specifications are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final sale or As is items: Items in final sale or as is items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a return is rejected because the item does not meet the return eligibility requirements, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs required to return the item back to them.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect item shipped) or a verified defective product, Momo Meow Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment when returning an item.
- Momo Meow Jewelry is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
